I was offered a free trial to this website. To make sure, before I forgot, I went and made sure I cancelled my account less than 10 minutes after I got the free trial.
They say they have no record of it!
I was charged on Sunday December 10th, 2017 $99USD! But I could not call to cancel because offices are closed on Sundays, so I called Monday morning.
I was told it would be sent to the supervisor (Customer Service Rep was very curt and unpleasant) I received an email Tuesday morning saying that I am being held to my contract. I called again, and was told the same thing, asking if I'd like to resubmit the claim to the supervisor. I was naturally upset, but not overly rude, but that still resulted in being hung up on!
Then I called back, was on hold for 15 mins and then the call was dropped!
