I have a flight that I booked online on May 7th for Fri Sept 20th-22nd but the dates are incorrect the correct dates should have been Sept 27th- 29th!!!! When I realized this on Friday Sept 14th I attempted to contact the airlines customer service department and was unsuccessful. So I again tried on Sat via service request on their website as well as called their inbound customer service center and after being on hold for 32min not only did the young man tell me that there would be a fee of $200 to change the flight or a $200 fee to cancel the flight he refused to transfer me to someone else and hung up in my face. Since I have emailed ***** ***** at *****@allegiantair.com and have not received a response, I have called and been left on hold for an excess of 30 min and I have faxed the complaint to ***** ***** at XXXXXXXXXX and no one has gotten back to me.
