On December 11 2013 I made a reservation online with United Airlines in February. I thought I accidently booked a premium cabin but I only wanted coach. I called them the next day and asked about my reservation price. They explained to me that there were no exess charges and the charges on my credit card would drop off. I then contacted them again 3 days later when the charges were still there and they were very rude to me and said "You are the one who booked this and there is nothing we can do about it." I only want a coach flight and there is still 45 days left before my flight. Nobody there will work with me about this matter.
