zappos.com allowed unauthorized purchases (fraud) on my bank card without proper verification. I was a victim of fraud. On yesterday, October 29, 2013 my girlfriend and I was going through my bank ledger online and we discovered two unauthorized purchases. One was from Zappos.com for the amount of $110.00 and the other one was from Victoria Secrets in the amount of $99.62. I contacted the toll free number for my bank when I discovered the unauthorized purchases to cancel my card and set a fraud alert, but I had to wait until today when the local bank branch was open to fill out the fraud interview form. I went to the local police department but I was told since the crime was committed via telephone service and internet I had to file this complaint. I would like the $110.00 that was taken out of my account refunded back to me.
