T Mobile Unrecognised Charges

Issues are as Follows:-
-no transparency or clear communication
-data vs phone call
-notification of overages
-no length of time not indicated on phone calls

I am being charged for a phone that I never received. I feel that no one at T-Mobile is listening to me.

Each month, need to through my bills for extra charges. The rep could not explain the charges and she credited that amount of $94.

We cancelled phones and switched to another carrier.
