I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1. In December of 2014 I performed an update that was required by Samsung. I was notified through my tablet to perform this update. After the update my tablet failed to "turn on, or boot up". All I get is the initial screen and then it locks up. I have contacted Samsung, attempted their system reboot without success. After dealing with the company several times they said I need to send my tablet to them along with $199.00 to cover cost since my tablet is now out of warranty. I would just like my Tablet to work. I believe it was their update that caused this issue. It seems they could fix it rather cheep. I understand my warranty is out of date, but again it was the companies own update that caused this issue.
