I wrecked my car on 1/11/15 talked to safe auto was told to not get my car out of tow yard because wreck had to be investigated. I was then notified by an adjuster and he told me that they (Safe Auto) were going to pay for the vehicle up until the 23rd and then we would be responsible after said date. He called back and left a voicemail saying he made a mistake about our policy, that they couldn't help us do anything with the car and they were not paying anything but could still help us out. I want safe auto to either pay for my car or at least get it out the tow yard as I was told would happen I was told more than once that I was covered and not to get it out of tow then 3 weeks later I'm told the adjuster who's job it is to read my policy should've been told I wasn't covered because my car is still in the tow yard and now I can't afford to get it out if would've been told when wreck reported I wasn't covered I had the money to get my car out but was told do not remove vehicle from tow they were going to pay and handle that then actually have a voicemail from the adjuster saying I'm sorry I made a mistake reading your policy (after 3 weeks of conversations with me never told wasn't covered)and your not covered we won't pay for anything the adjuster admitted it was his mistake I should not be responsible for paying for his mistake when it is his job to read my policy and handle the claim
