I tried to reserve a movie for a redbox location. The website told me the location is not available for reservations. I tried again and went through. I went to pick up my movie and the box gave me two of the same movies. I returned one immediately and called redbox for a refund. I asked for the reimbursement. Instead, they turned around and gave me two credits. They explained what credits are after and said they could no longer go back and give me my refund at that point. I was extremely upset. I am on a very limited income. My husband is disabled and I have disabilities of my own, which prevents me from working full-time. They told me it would take 15 minutes to talk to a supervisor and that the supervisor would tell me the same thing.
