I would like to make a complaint about Educational testing service, Damian Harris Supervisor explained to me that I would not receive my test scores for a test that I paid for because of a retest fee. I find it very unprofessional that you do not provide test scores fora test that was paid for.

Further more, I am being charged a reschedule fee because at the time of checkout I am suppose to research how long a test takes. why does a customer have to research a test they are paying for, why isn't that information available at check out? This is a misleading check-out procedure and the company should be transparent about exactly what we are paying for.

I am highly disappointed that I was not able to speak with, James Harrison Lead Supervisor because he was "unavailable". I will be making a complaint with Prometrics as well for confusing consumers and not disclosing testing times at the time of check out.
