Dear Sir, i've procured a OneplusOne cell sold by using Amazon India in December, 2014. Its screen received damaged as a result of bodily damages, and i've enquirer for a replacement. Quite the fee on the new display for the mobile is above 55% of the brand new cellular price. Secondly, i've given it for service on sixth March, 2015 and seeing that then i'm following for the mobile. No suitable response from the carrier centre i have submitted, and the oneplus service support and tollfree may be very pathetic. Neither of the stakeholders has given any commitment in the direction of to the resolutions. Jobsheet : JS15030600063 anticipated RETURN : seventeenth MARCH 2015. By not having a shrewd mobilephone, all my productivity has long gone, additionally many top brand shrewd telephone of 2014 / 15 does now not fee greater than 20% of its device worth. Way i felt the price of the substitute may be very high. Finally i'm loosing the days of its assurance without utilising for a month by using now. I wanted to charged Oneplus 50000/- for all my damages, and not promising to its service and integrity.
