On January 6th, I placed an order and selected expedited 3-day shipping at a premium charge of $26.48. I received notice that my order shipped on Jan. 7th. As of this morning Jan. 12th, I have not received my order. I called customer service and was told that it was "standard policy" that UPS does not deliver on the weekends and that I could review the special "shipping terms" page on UPS's website. There was nothing that indicated that 3 day shipping would actually be 5 days shipping. As a result of the misinformation I received, the items I ordered did not arrive in time for the party that I had on Jan. 10th ( 3 days from the ship date). I would like the premium 3-day shipping charge to be credited back to my account.
