Dear Sir, I had booked for my sister Sita Ravindran from BLR TO BOM and Return Through Air India Ticket No: 0982107649704 Reference AIBE9624343 28-sep and 3-oct, She changed her plans flew from BLR-DED-BOM BY JET on 27-sep and returned by AIR India BOM- BLR on 3-oct same Ticket No: 0982107649704 Reference AIBE9624343. I went to cancel at the airport on 27-oct, more than 24 hours before the flight timings, the air-india incharge at the airport counter said he will cancel, but, i should again confirm with e-commerce or unity building bangalore, as otherwise they might cancel the whole ticket, the return of 3-oct too. i again went to the counter on 3-oct after her return but he said the system does not show old details there etc. I want the refund for AI640 BLR TO BOM Ticket no 0982107649704 Reference AIBE9624343 for 28-sep as i have already cancelled on 3.10.13. You may credit to the same account of usha s chugh as it was card payment. Annexing the scanned copy of the tickets. Please do the needful and reply urgently.
