I made a purchase from their website and upon receiving my merchandise, the sizing was off. I returned my merchandise via UPS with tracking and e-mailed their info department to make sure that they received it. They responded with confirmation that the item was received and a refund was issued but will take 2-8 business days to post to my account. After the 8 business days had passed, I e-mailed again to see the status of my refund. I did not get a response. The next day, I e-mailed again, still no response. I then resorted to social media. I left a comment on their Instagram page, asking if anybody else is having issues with refunds. A few people responded. Minutes later the comments were deleted by the company and my profile was blocked. Today I called my bank to file a claim for the charge. My bank informed me that they did not see any pending refunds on the account. I am under the impression that the company never did process the refund and had no plans to do so.
