Contracted Frank to install new foundation in my home. 3 months after completing foundation walls they have still not passed inspection in the town. I have been calling Franks for two weeks to advise them that there is broken concrete and stone all throughout my backyard and driveway. Finally today they cleaned my backyard and left stones and concrete throughout my driveway. I also advised franks several weeks ago that the outside membrane of my foundation wall has several rips and that it needs to be replaced or fixed. Instead of repairing they through dirt to cover up the damage to the membrane. I received a home improvement loan through my bank that has been charging me $800 interest only per month because franks is 3 months beyond the contracted agreement to finish basement. No one except the sales man ever calls me back and i would never refer franks to any other customer. Poor customer service and poor craftsmanship I would like franks to come and clean the stone and concrete from my driveway and fix or repair the damaged membrane. Franks should also reimburse me the penalty interest only payments the bank is making me pay because they are months behind the agreed upon completion date. I also need franks to pass inspection
