September 11, 2013 we called Express Scripts to order medicine for our daughter. We were informed the order would be processed once a payment was made, which was made immediately. The order was paid to be expedited for receipt by Monday, September 16, 2013. Upon checking the phone message on Monday the 16th, it was noted that a message was left by Express Scripts from Saturday the 14th stating that the entire order would be held up until another payment was made due to the approval of another medication by the doctor. We immediately called and spoke to an Express Scripts representative and supervisor. Another payment was immediately made on that Monday the 16th (bringing account to a $0 balance). We were assured by the supervisor that the medicine would be mailed out that same day for receipt at our house that next day (Tuesday).Medicine was not received as promised so we called on Tuesday the 17th and talked to another supervisor and informed her of the continued problem. She was to file a complaint on our behalf and assured us that the medicine would be there on Wednesday Sept 18th. On that Tuesday we went to the doctor to obtain the medicine needed while the order was STILL delayed. We STILL did not receive the medicine on Wednesday the 18th as promised. The medicine FINALLY arrived on Thursday the 19th around 6p. Because this is not professional and this is not the first or second time this has happened is why we are filing this complaint.
