On 3/4/14 I paid my monthly bill in the amount of $82.91.On 3/15/14 I lost my service over a disputed amount still owed. On 3/4/14 I paid my monthly bill to Dish in the amount of $82.91.On 3/15/14 I received a message from Dish to contact them or I may lose my service.I was told that I still owed $13.95 on my bill even tho the bill I got was for $82.91.They said the $13.95 was for the HBO channel.I'am on a fixed income so I couldn't pay the $13.95 right away.So instead of just disconnecting the HBO channel they disconnected my sevice completely.So now I'am paying for services that I'am not getting.Dish should not be allowed to disconnect your service after you have paid your bill.
