In August 2013 I purchased a TV through ******** and price matched it with the same product that was advertised on **********. On approximately October 19th, 2013 I requested another price match for a DSLR camera from a smaller****pany named ***************. Customer service called me and told me that due to the size of *************** that Dell**** could not honor price match. During my chat session earlier I was also told and I quote "we (dell****) do price match for all major****petitors on electronics items like: **** ***, ********, ******* ****, ****** (NEW products only), *******, and ****** *** (does not include cables or items under $50)". So, on October 29th, I requested another price match for a different camera (point and shoot) that was advertised cheaper on ********** and was told via a call back from customer service that due to the profit margin for this specific camera that Dell**** is unable to honor the price match. I have all chat session saved.
