Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Buffalo

I put my faith and trust in an organization that failed to initially pay my accounts due to a "computer crash". I started the process in October 2011 and noticed lack of payment and fees on my december statements. I still continue to get fees because two of my 15 accounts had credit protection plans. After to speaking to someone I got a nonchalant response of "you needed to let us know." Their monitoring system is sorely lacking. The fees are finally gone but three quarters of my bills are not paid on time. My credit score has never been so low because of their incompetence. It's around 500 and I was unable to refinance and consolidate my mortgages. My car has 104,000 miles and I would be unable to lease or buy a car due to poor credit rating or pay an exorbatant interest rate. They have been a complete disservice and I am sorry I placed my trust in their ability.
