Our church's laser printer has reached its end of life, according to Dell. I had 5 ink toner cartridges in stock, which I was told over the phone that I could return for a refund. I returned them, but now am told that it is beyond their time frame to refund. Confirmation of delivery on 10-4-13 was made by ***. Meanwhile, I have paid for the cartridges, cannot use them, am out the money paid for them, and I don't have the cartridges. I spent 2-1/2 hours on the phone today getting the run-around and was told I was out the money and they would not be able to return the cartridges to me. A 4-pack of toner was purchased on 6-3-11 under purchase ID #************* for $861.96. A yellow toner was purchased on 2-6-09 under order #********* (I do not have the invoice amount). These were purchased for ******** ******** ************ ******, acct #********
