Worst customer service. It's been three weeks and I still haven't gotten my textbook. I ordered a textbook through this website on September 2nd, 2012. The website said standard shipping would be anywhere from 7-14 days. I assumed it would most likely take less time than that, unfortunately I was wrong though. I checked my email daily to see where my textbook was, but it was "untraceable". I tried contacting Better World Books, but they don't provide a number to call for customer support. It has been three weeks since I ordered this book and I just received an email today telling me it wouldn't even arrive to me until September 24th, 2012. Overall, sub par service and I would NEVER recommend this service to anyone. I would like a total refund for the cost of the book and the shipping and handling.
