Banfield Pet Hospital

My pet got sick. I call Banfield hospital and they told me that they did not have time to see my pet and then recommended me to a different place. I did not understand why they did not have time to see us but since it was an emergency my husband and I rushed him to the place Banfield recommended thinking that since they referred us to the place we would get a discount for their services because we are Banfield clients. Of course this was not the case. A lady from Banfield called because I had placed an email to the company about my situation and assisted that they give me a partial refund because of their lack of concern for my pet and and of information. I then contacted the main office and spoke with someone name Dwayne I told me my situation and he placed me on hold and then the phone disconnected. Of course when I called back the office voice mail came on stating the office is closed until tomorrow morning.
