On Nov 29th I purchased 2 posters and paid for them plus shipping on both items. I received 1 within a week. I didn't receive the second one. I purchased these through the Poster Revolution website, which is a company owned by Art.com. Poster Revolution has no phone #, but does list Art.com as parent co. I went on Art.com website and got a phone # and called to find out status of my poster, was told it would ship on Dec. 18th. On Dec 21 I called Art.com and was told that this item was no longer available. I requested a refund and was told that it would take 3-5 business days to receive. On Dec 28th I called again and was told that I purchased this through Amazon and that it take 5-7 days. On Dec 31 called again and was told I needed to speak with Amazon regarding refund and was given Amazons phone #. Called Amazon and they went through my complete purchase history and was told it was not purchased through Amazon. I then called Art.com back and asked to speak with supervisor and was told by him that he would see that the refund was put through and I would see it in my account in 48 hours. Called back on1/4/14-was told they would rush it through-called 1/6/14 to find out status of refund and was told I would definitely have it by 1/10/14. Well it is 1/10/14 and I still have not received my refund. It has been 21 days since I requested refund and 16 business and I have not received refund
