I had ordered something from I then returned it and was expecting a refund at first I was talking to the seller then they started ignoring me, then I contacted Amazon and a claim was opened I emailed back and forth with them almost everyday this past week and a half. I have all the emails. I was told a refund would be given to me within a week then they decided to change their mind the next day saying that the seller never received the package. The seller told me that the tracking number was the same. I can't view anything for tracking. I think this is totally unfair by saying they have a guarantee. $115.99 I want replaced that's how much they charged me. I will send out any bank statements or emails between me and the company if needed.
