Amazon does not allow 1 click ordering to be turned off on video purchases. Thus any small child can order a video without entering a pin. Amazon says the fix is to disable credit cards on that account. but if there is a gift card, it cannot be disabled. Amazon says they have a PIN function. The pin function does not always work. With amazon on the line, they witness me purchasing a video without a pin. Amazon will reimburse if one complains about it, but it is very likely that many orders are placed and parents don't catch it. Amazon realizes this happens, their phone personnel have shared with me that this is a common complaint. I think it could be considered fraudulent that they don't allow people to turn off this ability, as they know they are making money on mistaken video purchases
