I along with many other former employees have proof of false reports submitted to government agencies, grant organizations, USDA, IRS and safety organizations in order to cover up faulty designs, false engineer sign offs, etc. They even ripped off a few Indian tribes and Universities providing knowingly faulty hardware near casinos and classrooms. I moved into an apartment and was required to have an account with Vectren in July of 2011. In order to receive service I was required to pay a $90 deposit that was supposed to be refunded to me after 90 days of consecutive service with on time payments. Upon moving out of my apt I received a bill from First Billing for 214.26.
