I purchased a LG LA7400 LED TV from them for $1,144.95. I just recently got the TV serviced and come to find out. The TV really was a LG LA6900 which retails $300-400 cheaper than what I thought I purchased. The specs also on the LA6900 are not even close to the LA7400 model. They took the back panel from a more expensive TV and stuck it on a cheaper TV. The technician noticed the Serial numbers do not match whatsoever. They also say brand new in the box . I am moving, and just found out that I am not allowed to have a dish installed. I called Dish and they are saying I will have to pay an early termination fee, however it is not my fault that they will be unable to install the dish. My wife has moved to a place before where she couldn't transfer her dish and they waived the early termination fee.

In Oct. 2013, my husband called Dish Network and told them that we would cancel Dish service if Channel 5 (local station) was not reinstated by the end of the month. He called back on either Nov. 1 or Nov. 4 and told them to disconnect us. They kept trying to get him to reverse this request so he finally told them to just send the box for the equipment and hung up. They are charging me for equipment that THEY put on my roof that I cannot uninstall to ship back. They set up satellite internet and it never worked properly. Finally I called to cancel and they did verify that I hadn't used it at all, and sent me a box to send the equipment back. Only have had service for 2 days. Call to say we were not satisfied with programming or customer service. Had to call customer service 5 times in one day kept getting disconnected was connected to foreign speaking agents that I could not understand. In September 2013, Dish claimed my bill would be $38 per month, which was discounted $10. I received my bill for October for $48. Then my November bill was $65. Note that I paid my bill for October prior to due date on 10/31. I have phone records and authorization attempts from credit company to prove it. However, Windstream (who provides the invoices) failed to process the payment through their phone system. I have submitted another payment today for October.
