The company chose to Ban my daughters account. We paid for VIP status, and I deserve my money back for the unused time paid for. On Jan X XXXX someone reported my daughter for something that she did not do. Small Worlds put her in a 7 day ban status while they reviewed the case. I used AVG 2 years ago to protect my computer which it did not. I became fed up with it and bought a *** a year and a half ago. At 2:00am last night, without any warning, they charged my account for an additional 2 years protection. After calling and complaining, they said that they would refund my money in two weeks. This is unacceptable that a company can go into my account and take money without my knowledge and then tell me I need to wait two weeks to get it back.

Purchased an AVG Live tech Virus removal package, and was promised that they could do the work. They lied to me, and actually made my computer worse. I went ahead and took it in to a local repair place, and had to pay them, to remove the virus, and to fix what the techs at AVG messed up. They're excuse is that they tried, and spent hours on it. My Son had an account on SMALLWORLDS.COM. He was banned for NO REASON. He is 13 yrs old. I have a program on his computer that records everything he does. After reviewing it the moderator for the site banned him for nothing. I had paid about $100 on this account for him and now all that is lost because he can not even log on. This is outragous, you can not even contact the site, I have sent emails, they do not respond and there is NO phone number. I wish someone could do something about this...
