We have been using beam from last 3 months and we got network related config issue 6 times and n number of complaints were raised to solve the problem. We are facing the same problem again. Supervisor behavior of this beam was ridiculous. We are very irritated with this network and service. My advice is not to take the beam connections and suffer.

I am running Windows 8 on a HP Envy M4. My personal opinion is that if you only use your PC to receive e-mails and brows 4-8 web a day??? I would recommend the same $25 plan for 1.5 GB of data. I have set my PC to Metered connection and do all my updates manually when connected to T-Mobile Hot spot. Data is extremely limited. Speed it is descent. I only use it it for tracking packages on-line or emails when not on wifi. I would give this a 4.5 if I could use it more often. Hope this help...
