We called their San Diego store, and asked if they can send someone to our house, to give us a quote about a re-upholstery job. The employee who answered our call came over, we agreed on a price, she wrote us an invoice on Arizona Leather's letterhead, and took our money and the furniture for the job. It turns out she had stolen the invoice papers and wanted to do this job on the side separately, but at the end, couldn't pull off the job, so she returned our couch, 4 months after picking it...

We've bought a $5000 dollar high end mattress and frame and it never has been right. The left side is fine, but the right side is terrible. I've have had the run around by this company for almost all the 8 months we've had this bed. Every call I've made to customer service has been unsatisfactory. I purchased a coffee table, end table, and VIP insurance on March 15, 2014. The cocktail table veneer is bubbling on the top part and excessive warpage. The end table is splitting on the top. I would like the issues at hand to be taken care of either repaired or replaced. Its very sad that Living Spaces has extremely poor customer service. Especially when I paid for the extended VIP insurance which covers the merchandise for 5 years. Very disappointed in Living Spaces.

Max Furniture refuses to refund shipping cost for a product that was cancelled before it shipped, and their claims manager, was not only rude, but left a voicemail while eating his lunch.
