If you like to waste your time and $$$$ then this is the place for you! Bring them your car so they can sell you overpriced parts and install them at inflated service prices like they did to me. A service that takes 15 minutes took over an hour! STAY AWAY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Pricey sir pl word we have now AMAGE car on 25/12/14, vehicale no is UP78 DP 0077, we ship the automobile on service dt 3/three/15 and delivered the same but we checked tomorrow AC&vigour STARING isn't WORKING and again ship the automobile to PUSHP HONDA provider center i am amazed he is asking AC IS damaged but don't convinced me what's the region of damage. Improperly re-installed a serpentine belt, which caused loud squeals when starting the engine after parked for several hours. I brought my SUV to Dee's Auto repair to have the shop install a new serpentine belt provided by me on Wednesday (9/18). The new belt was installed by the mechanic, but was very noisy. I went to Jiffy Lube on forest Rd in forest va for a quick oil change before I leave town for the weekend. After they changed my oil I left and went directly to the highway and not even 15 mins later a plastic guard under my car covering belts and ect falls off. I pull over and called a tow truck for my car and put it in the shop. My 2002 Chevy Impala was serviced by Jiffy Lube located at 4864 South Amherst Highway Madison Heights, VA 24572 on April 12, 2013 at 1:45pm. I contacted the business in response to their published "Make Offer" I submitted a credit app and a offer of a selected vehicle, and received a written response that my offer was accepted, by upon arriving at the dealership, I was given various excuses as to why they could not honor the accepted offer. If the issue is not corrected by the business in question, The Washington State AG's office will be asked to pursue the violation of RCW 19.86, Deceptive Business Practices statute
