I lived in Jaycee Tower for 6 months..horrible staff they treat people like they are prisoners and you have no rights or privacy..Rebecca and Karen have absolutely no business working with tenants or running this building..they threaten you and camnot be trusted..I was so released to have my family get me out of there..never again..nor would I recommend this place to anyone..better off homeless

First Billing is not an option when you rent with Union Station First Billing charges a termination fee on your last bill no matter what of $24.99 just to stop service there are many rip offs to this system not sure who generates the charges Union Station or First Billing each blames the other.

Property Rental Mgmt which we rented from before but this time refuse to refund $145 consist of cleaning fees and replace blind. At the lease signing in February 2012, the $200 cleaning fee was left out of the balance due line. We paid the amount listed on the balance due line.
